About Me
My name is Tomasz Hausmann, and I’m a visual artist from northern Poland. My journey in art is driven by a deep passion for expressing emotions and imagination through creativity. Since childhood, I’ve explored various forms of artistic expression—drawing, painting, playing the keyboard and guitar, and even producing video compilations. I have always been fascinated by the power of visuals and sound to tell stories, evoke emotions, and transport viewers to entirely new worlds. However, it wasn’t until 2018 that I truly found my artistic calling when I discovered digital art.
I initially started with 2D techniques, focusing on photo manipulation, retouching, and creating graphic compositions. This phase allowed me to develop a strong sense of composition, lighting, and color theory. By 2020, my artistic interests shifted toward 3D graphics, where I found my true passion. The process of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering scenes became an obsession, allowing me to transform my imagination into immersive and visually captivating digital environments.
My artistic inspirations are deeply rooted in dystopian, steampunk, neon, and dark art aesthetics. I draw influence from visionary artists like Zdzisław Beksiński and Jakub Różalski, as well as from classic literature, particularly the works of Jules Verne. Music is also a vital part of my creative process—bands like Muse and the atmospheric sounds of synthwave music help shape the mood and tone of my works.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of gaining recognition for my work, including being selected as one of nine finalists in the "Polish Creators on the Binance NFT Marketplace" competition, where my piece was chosen from over 700 submissions. However, beyond awards and competitions, the most meaningful aspect of my work is the emotional connection it creates with viewers. Seeing others interpret my art in unique ways and hearing their personal reflections is what makes my creative journey truly fulfilling.
I primarily work with Blender and Photoshop, but I am always eager to explore new tools such as Quixel Mixer to enhance my workflow. My unique digital art & designs have been featured on t-shirts, product packaging, digital platforms, posters, and banners. I constantly seek new opportunities to expand my artistic reach, experiment with innovative techniques, and share my creative world with a wider audience.
